SHIPPING

We ship F.O.B. from our warehouse location, with the exception of factory drop shipments, and via the carrier of our choice. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes please be sure to provide the actual street address for delievery in ship-to address. Orders submitted with P.O. Box for shipping address will not be processed.

Promotional Shipping; Free Shipping over $50 website orders; Excludes Alaska & Hawaii as well as customers with negotiated Freight. Call for more details.

DAMAGE/SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Buyer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department immediately.

PRODUCT PRICING

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at the time of order.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is a $100 minimum order requirement.

CONFIRMING PURCHASE ORDERS

Confirming purchase orders is not necessary. If you must mail a confirming purchase order, please clearly mark it “confirming” in order to avoid duplication.

TERMS

Net 30 days to accounts with established credit. Open account is available to qualified customers. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express credit cards.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to all orders. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate.

PRICING POLICY

Although we intend to maintain prices during the life of our mailings and promotions, whether in print or electronic form, we reserve the right, (to be exercised at our sole discretion), to revise prices, limit quantities, and correct printing/pricing errors.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please call, email or write our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions prior to return.

A restocking fee will not be charged as long as the product is in resalable condition and one of the following conditions is met:

1) Another Stauffer Glove & Safety customer purchases the items being returned.

2) The manufacturer of the item will accept return of the product without charging a restocking fee. If neither of these conditions is met, our customer will be charged the exact restocking fee we receive from our manufacturer.

Special order items, such as videos, hazardous material and custom imprinted products are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition. Our customer will be responsible for all logistic costs. No COD's accepted.
